Cotton Jersey Tunic

Inspired by the cloud formations in Hokusai’s woodblock print South Wind, Clear Sky, this sleeveless top is cut to fall loosely off the body to a tunic length.

Crafted from single cotton gauze, a breathable fabric with an open, airy weave with cotton jersey layered on top. Rows of stitching run horizontally across the layered fabrics, and the top layer of cotton jersey is shorn to reveal channels of linear tactile raw edges. The jersey is cut on the bias to prevent loose threads.

Finished with a side split hemline and a slash neckline with gusset-style pieces inserted for comfort.
